We charge £2.95 for each returned order to cover returning postage costs. The charge will be deducted from the refunded total amount. We also offer a gift card option with no cost (plus a 5% loyalty bonus). At this stage, we are not able to offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or colour, please reorder the item you need from the website as this will avoid any issues with requested items being out-of-stock. Please then return your original order. We will not charge the £2.95 return postal charge in this scenario and you can detail your new order number on the customer returns form.
