Our policy for exchange and returns is outlined below:
You have 30-days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your products. Please ensure that they are in a fully resalable condition and with their original packaging. If you are returning ties, they must have the hang tag still attached.

We will try to process your exchange or return as quickly as possible.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS - We extend our returns policy during the Christmas period to account for gifting. Please return any items to us by Monday 13th January 2020 for refund or exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
SALE ITEMS - Items purchased during our SALE periods can only be returned if we are informed within 14-days of you receiving your items.
Return Postage Costs
We ask that customer return the any items at their own expense, however...
(1) If you are returning your item for a refund, we will reimburse you your original shipping charge to compensate you for returning the item to us.
(2) If you are returning the item for exchange, we will send out the replacement item with no shipping charge to compensate you for returning the item.
We also ask that all international customers are aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded. All items purchased on www.reefknots.com website must be returned to the head office at the responsibility of the sender.
If there is a manufacturing fault with the product, return shipping charges will be also refunded to customers. All products are quality checked before leaving our facility.
REEF KNOTS recommends that returns are sent by recorded delivery in order to guarantee safe return. Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) as we cannot be responsible for the safe transit of returns.
Please Note: If your item was purchased from an independent stockist, then please contact the independent stockist directly in order to return or exchange the item inline with their policies.
Once your package has been returned to us within the timeframe stated above (unless otherwise authorised by REEF KNOTS head office), we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will be checked and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including VAT for all EU country customers. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction.
We cannot refund items to another person or payment card/payment option.
Please note: If we receive your return in a condition that we feel is not fit for exchange or refund, we shall get in touch with you. REEF KNOTS reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. REEF KNOTS will not accept an item for return or exchange that has been worn, washed or with tag's removed. We will not refund or exchange items that we believe fail to meet the standards explained above.
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. We can only exchange an item for a different style, size or colour subject to our stock availability.

In the unlikely event that an item different to that listed on the order has been shipped to you, please contact email@example.com or call the telephone number on the contact page. We will endeavor to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
If you have been sent a gift from REEF KNOTS, then you can return and exchange it for another product of the same value as the purchase price or a credit note. In the event of a gift return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labeling attached within 30 days of receiving the goods.
