PLEASE NOTE: Our extended Christmas returns window has now closed and our normal 30-day returns policy (14-day SALE) is back in operation.
We offer FREE RETURNS on all UK orders if returned with 30-days of purchase (14-days for sale items).

You will then just need to take the item to a Royal Mail post office and have it scanned.
Our returns policy is detailed below:
You have 30-days from the date of purchase to return or exchange non-sale products. You have 14-days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items purchased in a SALE. Please ensure that they are in a fully resaleable condition and with their original packaging. If you are returning ties, they must have the hang tag still attached.
We will try to process your exchange or return as quickly as possible but this may take up to 10-days.
If your item is returned after the 30-day window (14-day for sale items), then we will not be able to process your return, your items will be returned, and you will be charged the return shipping costs.
Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time they are processed. As exchanges can take up to 10 days to process, it may be sensible to reorder items if delivery is time-sensitive and then returning your original purchase for refund.
We will send out exchanged items for free.
Once your package has been returned to us within the timeframe stated above, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will be checked and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including VAT for all EU country customers. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction (AMEX can often take a week). We cannot refund items to another person or payment card/payment option.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping charge on orders that are returned for refund.
Refunding Sale Items
Items purchased during our SALE periods can only be returned within 14-days of you receiving your items.
If we receive your return in a condition that we feel is not fit for exchange or refund, we shall get in touch with you. REEF KNOTS reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. REEF KNOTS will not accept an item for return or exchange that has been worn, washed or with tag's removed. We will not refund or exchange items that we believe fail to meet reasonable standards of care.
In the unlikely event that an item different to that listed on the order has been shipped to you, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call the telephone number 0203 770 9672. We will endeavor to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer free returns to international customers. We also ask that all international customers are aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded. All items purchased on www.reefknots.com website must be returned to the head office at the responsibility of the sender.
If you have been sent a Reef Knots product as a gift, then you can return and exchange it for another product of the same value as the purchase price or a credit note. In the event of a gift return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labeling attached within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please Note: If your item was purchased from an independent stockist, then please contact the independent stockist directly in order to return or exchange the item inline with their policies.
