EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Please note that our extended Christmas returns policy deadline has now passed and we have reverted to our standard 30-days returns window (14-days for sale items). We are unable to process Christmas returns outside of the 30-day returns window.
RETURNS POLICY
Please note that we charge £2.95 for each returned order to cover returning postage costs. If a new item has been purchased to replace it, we will not charge you a return fee (and you can provide your new order number on the returns form). The charge will be deducted from the refunded total amount.
We also offer a gift card option with no return fee (plus a 5% loyalty bonus).
For example, if you are returning at item for £50, you will receive a £47.05 refund to your card, or you have the option of receiving an emailed gift card of £52.50.
In order to return an item:

You can then take your item to your local post office for processing, or organise a home pick-up of your return. Royal Mail can also bring a label if requested.

Our returns policy is detailed below:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange non-sale products.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items purchased in a SALE or promotion.
Please ensure that they are in a fully resaleable condition and with any original packaging and tags attached.
We will try to process your return as quickly as possible but this may take up to 10-days during very busy periods.
If your item is returned after the 30-day window (14-day for sale items), then we will not be able to process your return, your items will be returned, and you will be charged the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Due to variations in stock, we cannot guarantee that what you need will be available for an exchange. For that reason, we ask that you purchase the required item (if available) to guarantee it's availability and then return your previous item. You are able to include your new order number on your returns form to avoid any return charges. This will result in your new item getting to you as fast as possible.
If you used a discount code for your first order, we will honour that for your exchange order. Please just contact customer service and we will refund the necessary amount:

Returns Processing
Once your package has been returned to us within the timeframe stated above, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will be checked and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including VAT for all EU country customers. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction (AMEX can often take a week). We cannot refund items to another person or payment card/payment option.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping charge on orders that are returned for refund.
Refunding Sale Items
Items purchased during our SALE periods or via promotions, can only be returned within 14-days of you receiving your items.
Item Condition
If we receive your return in a condition that we feel is not fit for exchange or refund, we shall get in touch with you. REEF KNOTS reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. REEF KNOTS will not accept an item for return or exchange that has been worn, washed or with tag's removed. We will not refund or exchange items that we believe fail to meet reasonable standards of care.
Incorrect Order
In the unlikely event that an item different to that listed on the order has been shipped to you, please contact info@reefknots.com or call the telephone number 01249 736 236. We will endeavour to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
International Shipments
International customers (outside of the UK) will need to return items using their own shipping methods as we cannot provide labels for this. We also ask that international customers are aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes cannot be paid as part of any refund. Reef Knots cannot be responsible for any import duties or tax on items being returned. All items purchased on www.reefknots.com website must be returned to the head office at the responsibility of the sender.

Gift Returns
If you have been sent a Reef Knots product as a gift, then you will need to ask the original purchaser to return any items for refund. If this is not possible, then please contact customer service and we will try to facilitate and exchange. Payments can only be made back to the original card payment method.
