Ideally, a silk tie like this should be cleaned as infrequently as possible. Unsympathetic cleaning can damage the construction of the tie. It should only be done by a dry cleaner with specialist knowledge of cleaning silk ties. The best advice is to try and keep it clean!
Yes. We hope that you love the products that we’ve delivered, but if you’ve changed your mind, just send them back to us. Please return the items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in fully saleable condition (with tags attached) and accompanied with a valid receipt or copy of invoice. Please also included a note detailing any exchange.
Multiple items won’t be able to fit through a standard letterbox, so either order your silk ties in single transactions (a shipping charge for each item will be necessary) or make sure someone can take delivery.
Packages can also be collected from your local delivery office once a delivery attempt has been made. Please see the Royal Mail red card left at your home for details.
No. We don’t think our customers should wait in all day for a delivery, so we specifically designed our gift boxes and packaging so that an order of a single men's silk tie fits through a standard letterbox.
We also use a Royal Mail service that tracks your tie all the way to your door, but doesn’t require a signature. They’ll just put it through your door (if they can) and confirm the delivery.
