    Here at REEF KNOTS, we believe you should spend your time doing what you love. That's why we designed our packaging and delivery service so that you don't have to wait in for your REEF KNOTS handmade luxury silk tie.

    An order of a single silk tie (including the gift box) will fit through a standard letterbox and does not require a signature. 

    ALL ITEMS ARE TRACKED THROUGH ROYAL MAIL

    N.B. Other items and multiple tie orders may NOT fit a letterbox, so please make sure someone is on hand for delivery, or pick-up the item from your local Royal Mail collection point at a convenient time (once a delivery card has been left).

    Further Delivery Details

    We usually ship items within 24 hours of your order being placed through the Royal Mail 'Tracked 24hr' or 'Tracked 48hr' service. This timeframe may extend slightly over especially busy periods such as Christmas or Father's Day. 

    We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders using our Tracked 48hr delivery option.

    Express delivery using the Tracked 24hr service is available at £4.95.

    Click & Collect

    You are welcome to pick up your items from our Leadenhall Market shop. Just please select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. 

    International Delivery

    International deliveries are a flat rate of £7.25 and shipped by Royal Mail Business Airmail. Delivery times for international shipping can vary significantly, but are generally:

    Western Europe: 5 working days following dispatch
    Eastern Europe: 5-7 working days following dispatch
    Rest of the World: 7-10 working days following dispatch

    We are not always able to provide a fully-working tracking number for international shipments as foreign postal services may not recognise Royal Mail tracking numbers. Please contact us if you require proof of postage.
