    Operations & Store Manager - Leadenhall Market, London (starting June/July 2017)

    We are looking for a confident and very organised person to take over the day-to-day running of our Leadenhall Market location. As well as managing the shop floor, the role will also include a diverse range of tasks including the overseeing and daily fulfilment of online orders, stock and office management.

    The candidate will be a motivated self-starter that has experience in customer facing roles as well as excellent organisational skills. Outstanding customer service is essential, while maintaining very high shop condition and visual merchandising standards.

    • Proven successful experience in a customer facing role
    • Small business experience favourable
    • Customer management skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Computer literacy in Office and iOS

    This role can also expose the candidate to many other aspects of the business such as marketing, branding, design and product development. It is a great platform to enter Reef Knots as an early stage employee and you will work closely with the company founder on a daily basis.

    This role also has the potential to grow significantly with the company. 

    A university degree is preferable but not essential if substituted with relevant experience and evidence of being a motivated entrepreneurial individual. Full UK driving license would also be beneficial.
