We love offering our customers a great deal, but please note that our first-order and other promotional discount codes only apply to full-price items.
If your items are already discounted through one of our multi-buy offers (such as 2 Polos for £99), you cannot receive an additional discount on top.
You'll always receive the better of the two offers, just not both.
Our system automatically compares the available discounts and applies whichever gives you the biggest saving. For example, if a promotional code gives you a larger discount than our multi-buy offer, you'll receive the promotional discount instead of, not in addition to, the multi-buy saving.
Discounts are assessed on an item-by-item basis, so if you have other full-price products in your basket, your promotional code can still apply to those.
These conditions are clearly stated when signing up for our offers, but we appreciate they can sometimes be overlooked. As a small, independent business, we work hard to offer excellent quality and great value, but unfortunately we can't combine multiple promotions.
