After a number of years of significant growth, REEF KNOTS is raising it's first ever investment in the business. Instead of sharing this with a few select investors, we're opening the opportunity to buy shares to everyone. We want the people who have supported us, our customers and followers, to be the first to join us.

Patrick started REEF KNOTS in 2013 with the aim of building a company inspired by the ocean, while helping to give back to it. Since then it has been a founder-owned business. But it's time for that to change.

We now see multiple opportunities to grow the business and build on the incredible success we have already achieved. In the first three quarters of the current financial year (ends March 2020), REEF KNOTS has achieved growth of more than 71% (including online sales growth of 108%). We also have industry leading customer satisfaction with less than 5% returns (versus an industry average of around 30%).

With secured investment, we aim to continue similar growth rates for several years ahead through investment in product, marketing and expertise. We have already tested scalable channels in which to grow into.

We aim to build one of the big British brands of tomorrow and we hope many of you will join us on this journey. We can't wait to welcome you onboard. 

EIS TAX RELIEF
